What you’ll do

  • Drive outbound lead generation through multi-channel outreach (calls, email, and social), including tailored sequences and scripts

  • Identify, qualify, and engage new leads using creative, targeted approaches to reach key decision-makers

  • Conduct high-quality conversations and product demonstrations, clearly communicating value to diverse stakeholders

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure smooth handover of qualified opportunities to the Sales Team

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product and marketing teams to align on messaging, lead generation, and go-to-market strategy

  • Track performance, build forecasts, optimise processes, and stay informed on market trends and competitor activity (including industry events)

What you’ll bring

Essential 

  • Experience in construction or related sectors (e.g. supply chain, fleet management, health & safety, property development) with understanding of site-based operations and workflows

  • Proven success in an SDR or similar sales role, including pipeline generation, running outreach cadences, and consistently booking high-quality meetings that convert

  • Strong track record of exceeding KPIs, maintaining high activity levels, and demonstrating resilience in the face of rejection

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels

  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and resilient with a growth mindset, thriving in fast-paced start-up environments both independently and as part of a team

  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail, time management, critical thinking, and proficiency using CRM systems and sales tools to drive performance

Desirable

  • Previously worked in a B2B SaaS Sales role

  • Proven exposure to and experience with deals ranging from mid-market to enterprise level

  • Experience with CRM systems such as Planhat or HubSpot

Hybrid guidelines

We operate a hybrid working model, with a minimum expectation of 3 days per week in the office. This is a core part of how the role works and isn’t something we’re flexible on.
