Platform Engineer

What you’ll do

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines that let product teams ship safely and frequently

• Own and evolve our cloud infrastructure (AWS), balancing reliability, scalability, security, and cost

• Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code so environments are reproducible, auditable, and easy to reason about

• Implement and improve monitoring, logging, and observability so issues are caught early and diagnosed quickly

• Build self-service tooling and clear documentation so product teams can provision, deploy, and debug without waiting on a ticket

• Partner with Product Engineers to understand where infrastructure or tooling is slowing delivery, and prioritise platform improvements against real developer pain points

• Champion security, performance, and operational best practices across the engineering team

• Develop internal tools, improve test infrastructure, and occasionally work on product features

• Leverage AI to improve engineering workflows by building cloud-based agent tools and helping teams adopt effective practices
