What you’ll do
Drive KPIs and manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead nurturing to pipeline management and closing deals
Create your own opportunities, from identifying who to target, running your own outreach, including cold calling, to booking the first initial meeting with them
Deliver tailored product demonstrations to decision makers, addressing key pain points with Onetrace solutions
Identify and secure accounts with a focus on building trust and long-term client relationships
Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align on product knowledge, lead generation, and go-to-market strategies
Create sales forecasts, report on performance, and continuously optimise processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Represent the company at industry events while staying current on market trends and competitors

What you’ll bring
Essential
• Proven experience in SaaS environments (subscription-based or annual contracts), with a strong track record of exceeding KPIs
• Strong pipeline management skills and experience closing deals through product demonstrations
• Demonstrable success generating your own pipeline and managing outreach cadences
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with stakeholders at all levels
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and resilient, with a growth-oriented mindset suited to a fast-paced start-up environment
• Highly organised, with strong attention to detail, critical thinking, time management, and proficiency in CRM systems
Desirable
Proven exposure to and experience with deals ranging from mid-market to enterprise level
An understanding of on-the-ground processes, workflows, and site-based operations within construction
Experience with Planhat or HubSpot
Hybrid guidelines
We operate a hybrid working model, with a minimum expectation of 3 days per week in the office. This is a core part of how the role works and isn’t something we’re flexible on.
